Zeclef

ZeClef is a cleantech company that is reinventing the cleaning business with a solution for bringing together companies and independant cleaning agents. We supported the startup by creating its service design in order to develop a platform allowing the connection of the various interlocutors: companies can create their cleaning requests, freelancers can define their work location and their time slots. The interface is characterized by its conversational side: Zeclef supports the user journey using short messages, playing on the codes of emojis.
